If you require any of the below the please get in touch

  • Monthly or weekly Bookkeeping, providing you with monthly financial statements in return
    •
    Using SAGE Line 50 software, these are produced from sales/purchase invoices, bank/credit card statements or a shoe box full of receipts! Class Bookkeeping will collect the relevant documents at the beginning of each month. We also supply monthly debtors and creditors reports highlighting any issues that need addressing urgently.
  • End of Year accounts prepared for your Accountant
    •
    The Year End accounts can either be from the books already completed by Class Bookkeeping or from all of the documents listed in monthly bookkeeping as a one off. Class BK work alongside your designated accountant to supply them with the information required in an acceptable format with all year end adjustments duly completed.
  • VAT returns – issued online in accordance with HMRC
    •
    Calculated and submitted quarterly online with Class Bookkeeping acting as your VAT agent. Payment reports are then issued to you with notification of amount and deadline.
  • Payroll Services
    • Using the latest software, weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll service. Payslips produced and payment report completed with notification of amount and deadline of when to pay HMRC. Completion of P35 Annual Return, along with P60’s and P45’s when necessary.
  • Self Assessment Tax Returns for either Sole Traders or Directors
    •
    Compilation of return from information provided, calculation completed for approval before submission online to HMRC.
  • Dividend Schemes for shareholders
    •
    Monthly, quarterly or annual scheme can be catered for. We supply the minutes required to process the dividends, plus the vouchers required for each shareholders.
  • Partnership Accounts
    •
    In addition to the monthly bookkeeping statements, we will supply an appropriation of profit statement between the relevant partners of the business.
  • Credit Control
    •
    Class Bookkeeping can offer a credit control system to suit your needs.

Any of the above services will only be done after a quotation has been agreed by both parties.
